The AKP-MHP government’s political genocide operations against the Kurdish people continue unabated.

Turkish security forces carried out raids on several houses in Şırnak city and its districts early this morning. 14 people were taken into custody in the operation, including members of the Peoples’ Democratic Party (HDP) members and councilors and son of Mahmut Duymak who was killed by state forces alongside dozens of other people in one of the basements of atrocity in Cizre.

Police raided the flat of Altındaş family in Bağlar district of Amed (Diyarbakır) yesterday evening. The raid was carried out in the scope of an investigation against 22-year-old family member Reber Altındaş who was detained before the raid. Nodoby was home during the operation.
