2200 metal workers go on strike in 26 workplaces
2200 members of the United Metal Works Union have gone on strike. The strike was launched in 4 companies that belong to boses in the Electromechanical Metal Employers Union (EMİS).
2200 members of the United Metal Works Union under DİSK have gone on strike in 26 workplaces of Schneider Energy, Schneider Electric, General Electric and ABB, 13 of them factories. The workers are determined to continue with the strike until their demands are met.
The strike locations are Istanbul, Kocaeli/Gebze, Izmir and Manisa.
