Fierce clashes are continuing especially on the eastern and southern fronts of Kobanê. While 27 gang members were killed in the clashes, large amounts of military equipment and weapons were seized by the YPG. The ISIS gangs, who are suffering heavy blows against the YPG fighters, are continuing to hit Kobanê with mortars.

Reporters of ANHA (Hawar News Agency) in the region say that since yesterday evening, heavy clashes have been continuing on 3 fronts in Kobanê and the ISIS gangs are continuing to hit the centre of Kobanê with mortars.

To the south of Kobanê, near the Seyran restaurant, a motorcycle belonging to the ISIS gangs was shot at by the YPG fighters and 2 gang members on the motorcycle were killed. After an operation carried out by the YPG fighters, heavy clashes occurred in the region. On the eastern front, in the Kaniya Kurda area, a group of ISIS gang members attempting to attack Kobanê was ambushed by YPG fighters. 25 gang members were killed and clashes are reported to be continuing.

Meanwhile, on the Municipality Street, on the eastern front, heavy clashes occurred. ISIS gangs have suffered heavy blows and many gang members were killed. However, there are no exact figures regarding the casualties of the ISIS gangs. But, 2 AK47s were seized by the YPG fighters. On the western front, the ISIS gangs attempted to infiltrate, but were faced with great resistance from the YPG fighters. It is reported that the ISIS gangs are continuing to hit Kobanê with mortars.

Meanwhile, yesterday evening, a 44 years old civilian, Mihemed Hemê, lost his life in a mortar attack by the ISIS gangs.
