A car bomb had exploded today in the city of Kirkuk, the explosion resulted in injuring 38 innocent people. Police official had informed PUKmedia on Sunday, September 22, 2013, that a bombed car had exploded targeting Kurdish studies center in the city of Kirkuk, the result of the terrorist attack is injuring 38 innocent people including women and children. 30 of the injured ones had been transported to Kirkuk General Hospital and the other 6 to Azady hospital.
