The operation launched by YPG/YPJ fighters in east Serêkaniyê on 3 November night is continuing.

Releasing a statement about the ongoing operation, YPG Press Centre said the villages of Migran, Timat, Dibê, Duadan and Emadan and 23 hamlets have been cleansed of gangs and liberated as part of the operation.

The statement reported that YPG forces also took control of a strategic hill near the village of Alya last night, killing 13 members of the gangs and seizing large quantities of ammunition belonging to them, as well as the corpse of a militant.

According to the statement, YPG forces also carried out a close range attack with rocket launchers, targeting the gang groups digging a trench around Rawiya. YPG said the number of ISIS casualties couldn't be ascertained, while a dozer belonging to them was destroyed.
