The summaries of proceedings held in the Ministry of Justice and the Parliament have been referred to the prosecutor’s offices in the past days, and 8 summaries against 4 MPs and HDP co-chairs Figen Yüksekdağ and Selahattin Demirtaş have reached the Adana Chief Public Prosecutor’s Office.

Reports say that the Ministry of Justice has referred a summary of proceedings each against Demirtaş and Yüksekdağ, CHP MPs Muharrem İnce and Elif Doğan Türkmen, MHP MP Yusuf Halaçoğlu and 3 summaries against HDP MP Meral Danış Beştaş to the prosecutor’s office.

In the summaries of proceedings, Demirtaş is charged with “terrorist propaganda”, Yüksekdağ and Beştaş with “Belittling the Turkish nation, the state of Republic of Turkey, state institutions and governing bodies”, İnce with “Insult”, Halaçoğlu with “Insult via printed or visual media”, Türkmen with “Causing zoning development pollution”.
