A court hearing was held for the 38 people that had been detained when they were protesting the arrests of HDP parliamentarians in Aydın’s Didim district On November 4.

7 of these 38 people including HDP Didim Co-Presidents Nuri İşbilir and Gülten Süvarioğlu, Nuriye Elden, Selma Acar, İrfan Polat, Hüseyin Boza and Bilal Süren were arrested for “membership in an organization,” and the remaining 31 people were released on probation.
