ISIS gangs have intensified their attacks on Sinjar area in South Kurdistan for the last two days.

According to local sources, gang groups have launched a fresh wave of attacks on the emplacements of HPG guerrillas and peshmergas in Hey Nasır and Beroj neighborhoods of Sinjar last night. Heavy blows were inflicted on the gangs and their attack was broken as a result of heavy fighting that continued till early this morning. 8 members of the gangs were killed and 16 others were wounded in clashes.

It is reported that coalition aircraft have also hit the ISIS emplacements in Sinjar town centre.
