Action tent in Berlin to protest Turkish attacks on Kurdistan

PYD representative Süleyman Hajo said: "We condemn the invasion attacks carried out under the justification that they are targeting the PKK while we know that this is not the case.”

A tent action is being held in front of the Federal Parliament in Berlin to protest the Turkish state's invasion and genocidal attacks against Kurdistan and Rojava.

The tent action, outside the Federal German Parliament, is organized by Berlin PYD and will last for another two days.

Speaking in the tent action on Thursday, PYD representative Süleyman Hajo said: “The attacks of the Turkish state are not acceptable. As PYD, we are against this. We condemn the invasion attacks carried out under the justification that they are targeting the PKK while we know that this is not the case.”

Hajo added: “The German government should now be sensitive to these attacks and stop its support and arm sales. We call on Kurds living in Germany to demand the German government to comply with the German laws and stop the occupation.”
