Activists in Bordeaux protest isolation of Öcalan

Activists in the city of Bordeaux organised an action within the frame of the KCK's initiative "End isolation, fascism, occupation; Time to ensure freedom”.

Activists gathered in Bourse square on Saturday and marched towards Victoire square.

In the speeches made at the protest, activists endorsed the KCK’s initiative and saluted the resistance of the guerrilla against the invading Turkish state.

Speaking on behalf of CDK-Bordeaux Council, Ahmed Semsûr said: “Until Leader Apo [Abdullah Öcalan] is free, we, the Kurdish people in Bordeaux, will continue to be mobilised. Everyone should embrace this resistance and struggle.”
