Activists in Innsbruck and Bregenz protest Turkish attacks against Rojava

The Turkish state's invasion attacks were protested in Innsbruck and Bregenz.

Kurds and their Austrian friends protested the Turkish state's invasion attacks on Northern and Eastern Syria with a rally.

INNSBRUCK

Kurds and their friends gathered in Innsbruck and condemned the attacks by the fascist Turkish state on Northern and Eastern Syria.

The rally, organized by the Innsbruck Democratic Kurdish Community Center, was held in front of the Tyrol State Parliament.

After a minute’s silence in memory of the Kurdistan Freedom Martyrs, Ibo Wan made a speech on behalf of the Innsbruck Democratic Kurdish Collective Center. Wan said: "Our people and their friends in Europe should not leave Rojava alone, they should be the voice of the Rojava people in every street, they should be the eyes and ears of Rojava."

Speaking on behalf of Defend Rojava, Nora said that “European countries, including Austria, acted hypocritically when it came to Kurds and determined their approach according to their interests, and therefore they ignored the massacres of the Turkish state.”

BREGENZ

Representatives of the Austrian Freedom Party (FPÖ) also supported the action of Kurds and their friends in Bregenz.

Murad Munzur made a speech on behalf of the Bregenz Democratic Kurdish Community Center, and Eli Mihemed Yahya and Gulê Temê made a speech on behalf of the families of the martyrs.
