Activists in Ludwisburg protest attacks on Alevis' graves

Alevi graves were attacked in Ludwigsburg, Germany. Those responsible for breaking the candle holders and the symbols on the graves, also verbally attacked three women visiting the Ost Cemetery on Thursday, insulting the Alevi values.

The Democratic Kurdish Community Center (DKTM) organised an action in Ludwisburg city of Germany to protest the attacks on Alevi graves in the city’s graveyard.

The action was held at Markplatz and was joined by FCK, Die Linke, ADHK, ATİF, Tohum Culture Center, MLKP, Alinteri activists.

Activists opened banners reading: "Killing the Kurds was not enough for the Turkish fascist government now they are attacking our graves".

In a statement the FCK said: "Fascism applied in Turkey today is replicated today in Germany. Yesterday the Turkish fascists attacked in Turkey and today they are attacking the graves in the city of Ludwsiburg. The German state should not remain silent against these attacks. The attack on our graves is as an attack against us."

Die Linke, ADHK, ATİF, Tohum Culture Center and Alinteri condemned these racist attacks.
