Members of the Amara Democratic Kurdish Society Association and Zin Women's Association drew attention to what happened in Kurdistan in the last few weeks and protested the trustees named by the AKP-MHP government to HDP-run municipalities.
Activists from the association hung banners on the bridges at different points on the highway when the traffic flow was heavy.
The banners said: "Don't touch my will" and "No war in Kurdistan".
