Activists in Turin protest Turkish use of chemical weapons

In the frame of the Action Days against the use of chemical weapons, called by Defend Kurdistan's campaign, Kurdish and Internationalist youth and people came together at Piazza Castello in the Italian city of Turin.
Around 200 people met in the square before marching to the headquarters of RAI (Italian state television). They tried to break in to give information about the recent attacks in North Eastern Syria as well as in the Kurdish mountains.
During the demonstration, different banners were opened displaying the messages "Defend Kurdistan. Against the fascist regime of Erdogan #WeSeeYourCrimes", " Freedom for Öcalan" and "Jin, jiyan, azadî".
The call for the demonstration was made by Defend Kurdistan Coordination in Turin, a platform including different organizations from the city and surroundings.
During the week, different activities for calling to demonstrate were made, such as two interventions at the Torino Film Festival and an assembly at Turin's University.
