Kurdish People's Leader Abdullah Öcalan's brother Mehmet Öcalan and his tutelar Mazlum Dinç, had applied for a visit to Imrali through their lawyers. The Bursa Chief Public Prosecutor's Office, once again, rejected the application.

Ömer Hayri Konar's brother Emin Konar, Hamili Yıldırım's brother Polat Yıldırım and Veysi Aktaş's sister Melihe Çetin and daughter Eylem Çetin, relatives of the other prisoners in Imrali, have also seen their application for visit rejected.

The Chief Public Prosecutor's Office rejected the application on the grounds of “restrictions on convicts”.
