The European Representation of the Autonomous Administration of North and East Syria has announced that they would open a representative office in Geneva.
In a written statement, the European Representation of the Autonomous Administration of North and East Syria said that it is important to open representative offices in countries such as Germany, France and Switzerland, which praised their political and military successes against ISIS.
“As a first step, we will open a representative office of the Autonomous Administration of North and East Syria in Switzerland because there are many activities for a solution to the Syrian problem in Switzerland. We will try to establish relations between the Autonomous Administration and Switzerland through the representative office we will open. In this regard, we will convey the opinions of the Autonomous Administration over the Syrian crisis to the Swiss authorities. We will strengthen diplomatic ties with them at a time when ISIS still poses a danger. We will continue our political and cultural solidarity,” the statement said.
The statement also emphasized that the Turkish state, which occupied Afrin, Girê Spî and Serêkaniyê, supports terrorist groups.
“The Turkish state is destroying all human values with this occupation. Our representative will report the crimes committed by the Turkish state to international organizations. We will mediate between the Swiss authorities and the Autonomous Administration. We will also facilitate the work of Northern and Eastern Syrian citizens in Switzerland.”
