BDP and HDP deputies have filed request to the minister of justice to visit Kurdish leader Abdullah Öcalan in Imralı island.

The parties delegation is expected to receive a date for the visit sometime next week.

The last delegation visited Abdullah Öcalan on 9 November. Lawyers for the Kurdish leader are still denied permission to see their client. The last time they saw him was on 27 July 2011.
