Peace and Democracy Party (BDP) co-chair Selahattin Demirtaş and parliamentary group deputy chair Pervin Buldan met Kurdish Communities Union (KCK) executives in Kandil on Wednesday after the visit they paid to Kurdish leader Abdullah Öcalan in İmralı prison on June 7.

Following a meeting with KCK executives led by KCK Executive Council President Murat Karayılan, BDP officials returned to Turkey on Thursday.

Speaking after arriving in capital Ankara, Buldan said the BDP delegation went to Kandil to convey Öcalan's messages to KCK executives.

Buldan added that BDP will pay another visit to İmralı within the next two weeks.
