A delegation of the Peace and Democracy Party (BDP) has taken its way to Kandil on Wednesday.

The delegation, including BDP co-chairs Selahattin Demirtaş and Gültan Kışanak as well as Democratic Society Congress (DTK) co-chairs Ahmet Türk and Aysel Tuğluk, is expected to fly to Sulaimaniya in Federal Kurdistan Region tonight. BDP deputy Sırrı Süreyya Önder is also said to be on his way to the region by land.

The delegation is expected to go to Kandil to deliver Öcalan's letter to Kurdistan Workers Party (PKK) executives tomorrow.
