Following the secret meeting with the newly elected President of the Parliament,Cemil Çiçek, BDP deputies demanded a roadmap and the establishment of a reconciliation commission to overcome the crisis.
BDP Þýrnak MP Hasip Kaplan and Muþ MP Sýrrý Sakýk, who are boycotting the parliament as parliamentary group, have paid a visit to Parliamentary Deputy Speaker Cemil Çiçek and expressed their demands for a roadmap concerning the amendment of the Constitution, Anti-Terror Law and Turkish Penal Code. BDP members also suggested that the Parliament shouldn't interfere with this process.
BDP MPs Kaplan and Sakýk, demanding the establishment of a reconciliation commission to enable more efficient results, emphasized that their party doesn't have any pact with the CHP (Republican People's Party).
ÇÝÇEK: COME TO THE PARLIAMENT FIRST
Remarking that the memberships of BDP deputies at the Consultative Board, Executive Board and commissions have been determined, Parliamentary Deputy Speaker Çiçek called on the BDP members to enter the parliament and to be enrolled.
BDP Group Deputy Chairman Selahattin Demirtaþ underlined that the overcome of the crisis depends on an absolute agreement which should also include the amendments on the Constitution, Anti-Terror Law and Turkish Penal Code.
Demirtaþ, noting that Çiçek needs to convince Erdogan for the need of a solution, stated that they don't need to meet with Çiçek.
