Peace and Democracy Party (BDP) Headquarters worker Doðan Aydýn was taken into custody last night as a result of an operation by police and special operation teams in the province of Dersim.

The raid was carried out at Municipality Guesthouse at around 01:00 local time. The BDP worker, the reason for whose detention isn't known yet, is reportedly being held at Dersim Police Headquarters. Police teams also seized many books during the raid.
