Peoples' Democratic Party (HDP) co-chair Pervin Buldan cast her vote in Ipekyolu, in the province of Van.

Buldan said: “It's time for everyone to be rewarded for their hard work. 82 million people have hope from today's elections. Today, we are making this call to all of Turkey, with the hope that it will lead to peace, brotherhood, and democracy.

Tonight, with great hope, with the hope that Turkey's destiny will change, we will open the ballot boxes. There is great hope and excitement. Every person in Turkey needs to feel this hope and excitement. Because people have been pessimistic for a long time. There is an evil order and this order must end today. I wish everyone success and I believe wholeheartedly that we will win.”
