DEM-NED and the Kurdish Women's Movement announced that they started a campaign to send cards to Abdullah Öcalan from the Netherlands.
The Dutch Federation of Kurdish Associations (DEM-NED) and the Kurdish Women's Movement launched a campaign to send 100 thousand cards to Imralı for the freedom of Kurdish People's Leader Abdullah Öcalan.
A press conference was held at The Hague Democratic Kurdish Community Center to present the campaign.
The activists said that Kurdish People's Leader Abdullah Öcalan was kept under heavy isolation, which also meant isolation against the Kurdish people, and added that the solution to the problems experienced in both Turkey and the Middle East was through the new paradigm and the freedom of Abdullah Öcalan.
On this basis, everyone living in the Netherlands was called to join and support the campaign.
