ISIS gangs are continuing to target civilians after facing a challenging response by YPG/YPJ forces defending the Kobanê town of West Kurdistan, Rojava.

A 66-year-old man, Bekre Xoran, was killed by snipers affiliated to the ISIS gangs while on his way home in south Kobanê last night.

The old man was shot dead by ISIS snipers after he lost his way due to power blackout.

Bekre Xoran is reported to have turned back to his hometown recently after going to Suruç in the first days of the ISIS attacks aiming to occupy Kobanê.
