The Cizire (Jazireh) Canton Democratic Autonomous Administration in Rojava has launched a mobilisation for Kobanê, which is under an onslaught from all sides.

The Cizire Canton Government has issued a statement emphasising that the latest attack with heavy weapons is part of a plan by sinister forces being implemented against all three cantons of Rojava.

The statement said: "Apart from the heavy weapons obtained in Iraq and Syria, armaments and munitions are being openly provided by Turkey to the gangs. We vehemently condemn this attitude of the Turkish state."

The statement stressed that the silence of the international community in face of the ISIS attacks on Rojava was the reason for these attacks, inviting international organisations to behave responsibly.

The Cizire government greeted the resistance of the people of Kobanê and YPG/YPJ fighters, adding it believed the YPG/YPJ fighters would succeed in cleansing the gangs from the border areas. 

It said the Cizire Canton was launching a mobilisation for the people of Kobanê, calling on all Kurdish people everywhere to take ownership of the Kobanê resistance.
