Clashes broke out Monday morning between Turkish Armed Forces (TSK) soldiers and civilians who started a march from clashes area to Beytüþþebap city center after taking the bodies of three People’s Defense Forces (HPG) guerrillas who lost their life in yesterday’s clashes in Þýrnak’s district.

Clashes broke out when soldiers soon afterwards stopped the people with armored vehicles and seized the bodies of guerrillas back. Clashes are reported to have expanded to the entire district.

Ten security officials, including soldiers and policemen, are reported to have been killed while eight others were injured in yesterday’s clashes in Beytüþþebap where HPG guerrillas targeted several military lodging buildings and police locations from four different spots with rocket launchers and long-barreled weapons.
