Fierce clashes continue at the eastern, western and southern fronts in the Kobanê town of West Kurdistan, Rojava, having intensified in the east and south last night.

ANHA (Hawar News Agency) correspondents on the ground reported that ISIS gangs launched an attack on YPG positions in the Kaniya Kurda region to the east of Kobanê. Clashes erupted as YPG forces immediately responded to the attacks, killing many members of the gangs and seizing their ammunition, as well as the corpses of 2 ISIS militants.

Following an offensive against ISIS gangs on the eastern front, YPG forces cleansed the area of the municipal building of gangs, killing dozens of members of theirs.

Fierce fighting is continuing at the southern front where YPG forces carried out an action against gangs last night. Many ISIS members were killed in violent clashes while YPG forces also seized ammunition of the gangs, and corpses of 7 dead militants.
