Diyarbakır 6th High Criminal Court has unanimously rejected a demand for the release of three jailed deputies of the Peace and Democracy Party), Kemal Aktaş, Selma Irmak and Faysal Yıldız who are tried in the scope of the so-called KCK (Kurdistan Communities Union) case.

The court decision came after Diyarbakır 5th High Criminal Court also rejected prosecutor's demand for the release of BDP deputies İbrahim Ayhan and Gülser Yıldırım.
