Ankara 4th High Criminal Court has maintained its decision to have HDP Co-President Figen Yüksekdağ brought in by force to give her statement. Yüksekdağ did not participate in the hearing, and her lawyer Kemal Maçoğlu demanded the removal of the decision to have his client be brought in by force because Yüksekdağ is a parliamentarian with immunity.
The court did not agree to this demand, maintained its decision to have Yüksekdağ be brought in by force, and postponed the hearing to November 16.

The 9th hearing of the case on the 82 people including HDP Batman Parliamentarian Ayşe Acar Başaran, who were volunteer human shields to prevent the army operation in the rural parts of Batman’s Sason district on September 19, 2015, resumed in Batman. Batman 3rd High Criminal Court decided that HDP Parliamentarian Başaran be brought in by force, and postponed the hearing to November 17.
