Demirtaş’s message for Suruç attack
HDP’s Presidential Candidate held hostage in an Edirne prison Selahattin Demirtaş issued a message on the attack in Suruç yesterday.
HDP’s (Peoples’ Democratic Party) Presidential Candidate Selahattin Demirtaş posted the following messages on his Twitter account through his lawyers:
“I wish Allah’s mercy upon the deceased in Suruç, give my condolences to their loved ones and hope the wounded get well soon. This is a dire incident. The truth must be revealed, through an effective investigation.”
“Our citizens must not fall for provocations and must keep their cool. You must not allow victory to those who attempt to bring oppression, violence and blood into these elections. Nothing can be more valuable than a human life.”
