A bomb-laden vehicle left behind by ISIS has exploded as cleaning units of the Raqqa Civil Council cleared ISIS ruins on Tal Abyad Street near the Clock Tower in central Raqqa Saturday morning.

Two civilians lost their lives and three others got wounded as a result of the explosion.
