Fallen YPG fighters brought to Urfa

Bodies of martyred YPG (People's Defense Units) fighters Orhan Sabuncu, Salih Fahri and Ahmet Mustafa have been brought to the Forensic Medicine Institution in Urfa.

YPG fighters Salih Fahri and Ahmet Mustafa who sustained critical injuries in the Kobanê battle and were taken under treatment at Mehmet Akif İnan Training and Research Hospital in Urfa have lost their lives.

Body of another YPG fighter, 23-year-old Orhan Sabuncu (Rüstem Cudi), who has also died in the fighting in Kobanê, has been received by MEYA-DER members from the Mürşitpınar border crossing and taken to Suruç state hospital.

Bodies of the three YPG martrys were later taken to the Forensic Medicine Institution in Urfa for an autopsy, after which the body of Sabuncu will be delivered to his hometown, the village of Haydaroğlu in Ağrı's Eleşkirt district, and Salih Fahri and Ahmet Mustafa to Suruç where they will be laid to rest.
