Mam Jalal's body was sent from German capital Berlin to Sulaymaniyah this morning. Mam Jalal's body is expected to arrive in Sulaymaniyah at 10.30 by local time. Following an official ceremony in Sulaymaniyah, Mam Jalal will be buried in Debashan.

Tens of thousands of people are waiting at various points throughout Suleymaniye to greet Mam Jalal's funeral procession. 

Individuals, political parties and representatives from institutions from all four parts of Kurdistan will be attending the funeral.
