A fascist mob attacked the HDP office in Kayseri and set it on fire after a bombing targeted a bus carrying soldiers in city center earlier this morning.
A racist-fascist Turkish mob raided the office of the Peoples' Democratic Party (HDP) in Kayseri province in central Anatolia region after a bus transporting off-duty soldiers was hit by an explosion near the Erciyes University Campus at 08:45 this morning. 15 soldiers were killed and 55 others were wounded -including 12 in life-threatening condition- as a result the bombing, according to the Turkish Interior Minister Süleyman Soylu.
As the mob attacked the HDP office and set it on fire under the supervision of the police forces around, many HDP members were stranded in the building on which assailants hanged a huge Turkish flag.
HDP Kayseri provincial administrators spoke to ANF and stated that the attack on HDP office was conducted in cooperation with the police.
The HDP administrators said: “There is nothing left in the party office. They have burnt everything from the curtains to the television.”
It has emerged that policemen asked for the key of the office from an HDP administrator, and the fascist mob entered the building afterwards.
HDP administrators pointed out that: “Police made a cooperation with the assailants rather than intervening them. They took the key of the roof stairs from us and the attack began afterwards. Policemen assisted the assailants. Hundreds of people carrying Turkish flags are marching to the scene as I speak to you at the moment.”
The siege of police forces and fascist groups in the city continues.
