The Democratic Alevi Federation (FEDA) made a written statement regarding the elections on 14 May and the second turn on 28 May.

The statement said: "The one-man dictatorship, backed by the organized power of the state, usurped the will of our peoples in all kinds of illegal and unlawful ways, obscured the truth shown by the elections, stole the preferences of the voters, and imposed itself on society. Despite all of these, our peoples said no to Erdoğan. We should be motivated by this result and go to the second round on 28 May certain of our victory."

The statement continued: "We must leave behind the demoralization caused by the 14 May election, in which 8 million voters did not go to the polls, more than 1 million votes were deemed not valid, and millions of votes were stolen.

We are not demoralized. We are on the side of the historical resistance line that knows how to rise again from its own ashes. Success is possible when we mobilize the widespread organized power of the Kurds and Alevis, who are the representatives of this line. For this reason, we must continue our work sure that we will win."

The statement ended with a call to support Kılıçdaroğlu.
