A fire has broke out in Karahasan, a  wooded area in the district of Lice in Amed (Diyarbakır) province.

It is not clear what caused the fire.

Fire brigades belonging to Diyarbakir Metropolitan Municipality have gone to the area and tried to extinguish the fire.
