The first Conference of lawyers in Afrin ended by it issuing a Conference draft charter and a subsidiary body representing the Association of lawyers in Western Kurdistan (Northern Syria). The draft charter which contains 18 articles are as follows: "the definition of the Association, the Association logo, Association Centre, the objectives of the Association, the steps which will be taken by the Association in order to achieve its objectives, the terms of membership, membership elimination, the General Conference, the powers of Conference, the Executive Office, Executive Office tasks , the Association head functions, the functions of the secretary, branches, general provisions, the Association of financial, penalties, records of the Association. "
