According to reports coming through at least 14 people have lost their life and dozens have been wounded in the artillery assault carried out against Esrefiye, the neighbourhood of Aleppo mostly inhabited by Kurdish people.
Residents stated that one of the artilleries hit the vicinities of Sefer Chemist's. Some 600 thousand Kurdish people live in Esrefiye.
Some of the people, who lost their life have been named as Xelîl Hisên Cefer, Celal Mihemed Heftaro and Mihemed Dîbo Habû.
Warplanes bound to Syrian president Bashar al Asad begun bombing Esrefiye on Thursday night. It has been reported that another attack was being carried out against Şêx Meqsûd, another neighbourhood mostly populated by Kurds.
