German Die Linke delegation visits Xelil on hunger strike

The German Die Linke party visited Şiyar Xelil who is on hunger strike in Nuremberg demanding the end of the isolation of Kurdish People's Leader Abdullah Öcalan.

Kurdish activist Şiyar Xelil has been on hunger strike in the Media People’s House in Nuremberg for 25 days.

A delegation from the German Left Party Die Linke conveyed messages of solidarity to the Kurdish activist and said they know the suffering of the Kurds and they are monitoring the Kurdish struggle closely.

The delegation members also added that they stood beside the hunger strikers and they would do all kinds of activities to create awareness among the public opinion.
