German police confiscate materials in ongoing raid on NAV-DEM

As the search of the Kurdish association NAV-DEM in Hannover continues, the police confiscated materials of the association.

German police raided the Democratic Kurdish Society Center (NAV-DEM) in Hannover this morning. The search conducted in the association by dozens of police officers continues still, and people are being allowed to get in.

The police confiscated books, computers, flags of the YPG / YPJ and other materials. The confiscated objects are transported in packed boxes.

In front of the premises of the association, a crowd gathered to protest the raid. According to the HAZ, the police at the same time protects the Turkish consulate in Nordstadt with a large squad.
