HBDH guerrilla said that they will target the fascist power on the basis of revolutionary mobilization and added: "The fascist government and its forces will be the target of the United Revolution forces in all areas of life.”

The HBDH's statement continued: “Fascism seeks conflict with all the oppressed people in order to maintain its own existence and bourgeois rule. The slightest revolt of the working people and the oppressed for bourgeois rule or even a single anti-establishment opposition focus is a threat that must be eliminated. Capitalist bourgeois rule therefore produces constant oppression, persecution and slaughter of the oppressed people. As long as it does not get permanent results from all these, the bourgeois violence increases.”

The statement reminded that “the fascist state imposed a strong dictatorship in every field. We declare that we will counter the attacks of fascism and turn this process into a step that will further increase our struggle with our new campaign. We are launching a campaign of struggle against fascism's prohibitions, massacres and oppression. We call on all our workers, laborers, women and young people to participate in this mobilization. We can defeat fascism only if we mobilize our forces.

Today is the day to join this revolutionary mobilization against fascism. All of our forces and peoples must be involved in this great offensive that will bring the end of fascism. Because the struggle for the United Revolution is the only battle ground that can defeat fascism. On this basis, our call to all the oppressed and our peoples is to join the united revolutionary struggle and increase this mobilization."
