HDP Ankara provincial co-chair formally arrested

Four people including HDP Ankara provincial co-chair have been formally arrested as part of the increasingly ongoing political genocide operations.

Eight people who were detained recently as part of political genocide operations in Turkish capital Ankara were referred to court after procedures at police headquarters.

The detainees included HDP Ankara provincial co-chair İbrahim Binici, DIHA (Dicle News Agency) Ankara News Chief Kenan Kırkaya, Office Employees Union (BES) administrator Civan Yıldırım, TUAD-FED employee Mehmet Baytekin and Üsküdar Yumuş.

Journalist Kırkaya and 4 of the detainees were released on conditions of judicial control, while Binici, Baytekin, Yıldırım and Yumuş were formally arrested for alleged “membership to a terrorist organization”.
