Peoples' Democratic Party (HDP) Amed MP Semra Güzel, whose immunity was lifted in the Turkish parliament, was taken into custody in Edirne.

HDP Deputy Semra Güzel's immunity was lifted during a vote held in the Parliament.

The Turkish state issued an arrest warrant for Güzel on charges of "membership in a terrorist organization" after her immunity was lifted.
