Peoples’ Democratic Party (HDP) Central Executive Board (MYK) member Hülya Ertaş was taken into custody at Diyarbakır Airport before her leave for Ankara to attend the party’s MYK meeting tomorrow.

Ertaş was reportedly detained in line with an arrest warrant issued against her and she was taken to the Security Directorate of Diyarbakır.

The HDP executive said she had been followed and repeatedly harassed by the police during the past one week.
