HDP MP Lezgin Botan was arrested in a hotel in Istanbul on Tuesday morning.

According to his lawyer Botan was wanted for an older case against him. The deputy was arrested in his hotel room and taken to the courthouse in Çaglayan, a district of Istanbul province.
