HDP parliamentarians apply to the Constitutional Court
HDP parliamentarians applied to the Constitutional Court for the cancellation of the AKP’s decision to lift their immunities. MHP and CHP parliamentarians had supported the decision.
HDP parliamentarians Mithat Sancar, Meral Danış Baştaş, Ahyan Bilgen and Erol Dora applied to the Constitutional Court for the cancellation of the AKP’s decision to lift their immunities.
HDP Deputy Co-President responsible for Law Aysel Tuğluk, and lawyers from the Free Lawyers Associations and Asrın Law Bureau accompanied the parliamentarians during their application.
