HDP says it won't remain silent about isolation in Imrali

The HDP Central Executive Committee said that the Imrali isolation is inhuman and added: "We will not remain silent."

The HDP Central Executive Committee (MYK) issued a written statement today about the international conspiracy against Kurdish people's leader Abdullah Öcalan.

Drawing attention to the conspiracy process, the statement said: "In this context, an absolute isolation has been imposed on Mr. Abdullah Öcalan in Imralı on 5 April 2015. The government suspended national and international law."

CALL

The HDP added: "We do not accept absolute isolation and the silence it is met with. Let's raise our voices all together in order to end this absolute isolation. Every unlawful practice leads to the violation of universal law principles, and denies the rule of law. We call upon the relevant institutions of the Council of Europe, the European Parliament and the United Nations to raise their voice and take action about the isolation."
