Peoples' Democratic Party (HDP) Şırnak MP Ferhat Encü was detained in Istanbul last night and taken to Şırnak.

Encü's interrogation at the prosecutor's office lasted 3 hours, after which he was referred to court that ordered his arrest Friday evening.

Encü was accused of “alienating the public from military service, terrorist propaganda, incitement to animosity, entering military prohibited zones, attempted murder of a public official for their duty".
