Police detained Peoples' Democratic Party (HDP) MP for Urfa, İbrahim Ayhan on the grounds of an arrest warrant issued for him in two cases opened against him.

Ayhan was detained at Urfa's GAP Airport as he was about to leave for Ankara. He is held at the airport at the moment and is expected to be taken to Urfa Courthouse.
