Peoples' Democratic Party (HDP) Izmir Youth Assembly member Serhat Irlan was taken into custody.

Irlan was arrested while sitting in a cafe in Konak Alsancak with his friends, but was not told the reason for his detention.

It was learned that Irlan has a 4-day detention order and was taken to the Izmir Police Department.
